 Field of research


The modulation of the electronic properties for device oriented research represents the core of our activity. I conduct research related to the characterization of nanomaterials for nanoelectronic and photovoltaic.  We utilize homemade and lab instrumentations for electrical as well as Raman, luminescence and X-ray photoemission spectroscopies. The current activity is dedicated to 2D materials such as graphene, 2D analogues and silicon heterojunctions. Since 2012, I visit Tokyo Institute of Technology to carry out experiments on graphene nanostructures using a dedicated Time Resolved Photoemission Electron Microscopy (PEEM) with Dr K.Fukumoto and Pr S.Koshihara.
